We use this information to respond to your query, which may involve directing this to the appropriate individual or department within InterGen in order to provide you with a suitable response and any related support.

Your enquiry is stored and processed as an email and is also logged on a contact management system (CMS) which is hosted on a cloud-based server. We may transfer your personal data to countries outside your country of residence, for example, due to shared IT systems. When transferring personal data to a different jurisdiction, InterGen takes appropriate steps to ensure that there is adequate protection in place, including implementing a variety of security technologies and organisational procedures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use and disclosure. All such data security controls are consistent with industry standards.

We keep enquiry emails for six months, after which they are deleted.

When you apply for a job via our website

When you apply for a job via our website, we ask you to send your resumé/CV by email link. By submitting your resumé/CV, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this privacy notice.

We use this information to ascertain whether or not you are suitable for the position you have applied for, at which time we may direct your resumé/CV to the appropriate individual or department within InterGen.

Your resumé/CV is stored in an Outlook listing which is hosted on a cloud based server. We may transfer your personal data to countries outside your country of residence, for example, due to shared IT systems. When transferring personal data to a different jurisdiction, InterGen takes appropriate steps to ensure that there is adequate protection in place, including implementing a variety of security technologies and organisational procedures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use and disclosure. All unsuccessful resumés/CVs are retained for six months, after which it is deleted unless otherwise requested as per your rights below.

Your rights as a data subject

By law you can:

  • request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you;
  • request that any inaccurate personal data is corrected; and
  • request that your personal data is deleted and/or destroyed.
