InterGen to Host Second Quarter 2009 Results Call

Burlington, MA, August 18, 2009 – InterGen announced today that it has scheduled a conference call with bondholders and analysts for Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. EDT to report operating and financial results for fiscal 2009 second quarter ended June 30, 2009.

The call is open to bondholders and analysts and will be hosted by Neil H. Smith, InterGen President and CEO, Martin Rees, InterGen CFO and Tim Menzie, InterGen COO.
