InterGen names Martin D. Rees Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Burlington, MA, Mar 5, 2004 -- InterGen today announced that Martin D. Rees has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rees will oversee InterGen's finance, corporate accounting, tax, information technology and treasury functions.
Prior to his promotion, Mr. Rees was Vice President and Treasurer for InterGen. In that capacity, he had global responsibility for corporate finance, liquidity and credit management, as well as interest rate and foreign exchange management. Prior to joining InterGen in 2001, Mr. Rees held various senior finance and business development positions with global energy companies and worked on the development, structuring and financing of energy assets in most regions of the world.

InterGen is a Shell-Bechtel venture.
