Neil H. Smith
President and Chief Executive Officer
Neil H. Smith was named Chief Executive Officer in April 2006. As CEO, Mr. Smith has the lead responsibility for the development, financing, construction and operations of all of InterGen’s projects.
Mr. Smith has been with InterGen since its founding. He has been responsible for initiatives that range from the company’s initial business plan in 1995 through the firm’s $3.4 billion initial public debt offering in 2007. He was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 2002, and was given responsibility for operations, asset management, and the profit and loss of all InterGen global assets in construction and operation. Previously he served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Managing Director of InterGen’s United Kingdom assets and Vice President, Development in both the Latin America and Asia-Pacific Regions. Prior to joining InterGen, Mr. Smith was a Development Manager with the J. Makowski Company for the Midwest U.S. market.
Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wood Group, a UK-based international energy services company. He is a member of the Dean's Council at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and also serves on the International Advisory Board to the Harvard Environmental Economics Program.

Dan Rorabaugh
Chief Operating Officer
Dan Rorabaugh is InterGen's Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he directs all of InterGen's operations and commercial management activities.
Mr. Rorabaugh joined InterGen in January of 2007 after serving as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for the Calpine Corporation where he supported the company's 92-plant fleet. Prior to assuming the post of Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Rorabaugh served as Calpine's Regional Vice President of the Northeast, then California regions. He has more than 25 years of experience in power plant operations and management oversight. Before to his tenure with Calpine, Mr. Rorabaugh served as a General Manager for Mid-American Energy.
Mr. Rorabaugh holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University.

Martin Rees
Chief Financial Officer
Martin Rees directs InterGen’s project finance, corporate finance, financial reporting and treasury functions.
Mr. Rees previously served as Vice President and Treasurer for InterGen. In that capacity, he had global responsibility for corporate finance, liquidity and credit management, as well as interest rate and foreign exchange management. Before joining InterGen in 2001, Mr. Rees held various senior finance and business development positions with global energy companies and worked on the development, structuring and financing of energy assets in most regions of the world.
Mr. Rees holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Kent at Canterbury (UK) and is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Susan Gonzalez
Vice President and General Counsel
Susan Gonzalez is Vice President and General Counsel for InterGen. In her capacity as General Counsel, Susan is responsible for a broad range of activities including general legal services, compliance, risk management and general M&A support.
Prior to joining InterGen in 1998, Susan served as Counsel for Stratus Computer, Inc. where she was responsible for providing general legal services to subsidiaries in Canada, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa and for SEC compliance oversight for the US parent company. Before joining Stratus, Susan was General Counsel for Major Australia Timber Pty Limited, an international timber trading company operating in Australia, China and Singapore. Susan started her career as Counsel for United Technologies in its aviation division, Sikorsky Aircraft, specializing in international transactions.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University and also holds a Certificate in Comparative Law from the University Jean Moulin in Lyon, France.

Tim Menzie
Vice President and Regional General Manager, United Kingdom and the Netherlands
Tim Menzie is responsible for the day-to-day management of the InterGen assets in the United Kingdom (748MW Rocksavage Power Station, 732MW Coryton Energy and 860MW Spalding Energy) and the Netherlands (820MW Rijnmond Energie and 420MW Rijnmond II, which is under construction). Previously, Mr. Menzie was InterGen’s Director of Corporate Treasury and the Assistant Corporate Controller responsible for all corporate financial planning and analysis as well as all cash management activities. Prior to joining InterGen in 1994, Mr. Menzie had seven years of experience in public accounting with Grant Thornton International as a Tax Manager, where he specialized in corporate tax planning for foreign and domestic companies.
Mr. Menzie is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Westfield State College and Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bentley College.

Enrique Tabora
Vice President and Regional General Manager, Mexico
Enrique Tabora is responsible for the day-to-day management of InterGen assets in Mexico (1,100MW La Rosita Power Project and 51% of the 600MW Bajio Power Project). Previously, he led numerous development projects in Latin America. Prior to joining InterGen in 1995, Mr. Tabora was a Schlumberger Field Engineer where he worked for five years in the petroleum industry in Brazil.
Mr. Tabora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Gregory Pratt
Vice President and Regional General Manager, Australia
Gregory Pratt is responsible for the day-to-day management of the InterGen interests in the 850MW Millmerran Power Project and 920MW Callide C Power Project in Australia. Previously, Mr. Pratt was responsible for Corporate Development and for Merger and Acquisition transactions in Europe and the Middle East, as well as a number of development efforts for the company in Europe and Latin America. Prior to joining InterGen in 1995, Mr. Pratt was Finance Manager with the J. Makowski Company, and also worked in the Investment Banking Division of PaineWebber in New York.
Mr. Pratt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a Masters of Science in Management (MBA) degree from the Sloan School at MIT.

Frank Thiel
Vice President and Regional General Manager, Philippines
Frank Thiel is responsible for the day-to-day management of the InterGen interest in the 460MW Quezon Power facility in the Philippines. Previously, Mr. Thiel was a Vice President responsible for operations and maintenance of InterGen’s United Kingdom, Netherlands, Turkey and Egypt operating plants. Prior to joining InterGen in 1996, Mr. Thiel held positions with Westinghouse Electric Power Corporation, Bechtel Power Corporation and Marine Pacific of California.
Mr. Thiel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from California Coast University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from the University of San Francisco.

Mark Iamonaco
Vice President, Corporate Development
Mark Iamonaco leads InterGen’s project development activities globally. Previously, Mr. Iamonaco led numerous development and mergers and acquisitions efforts in North and South America, including the acquisition and subsequent successful sale of the Mountainview Project and the leadership of a number of successful project financings in North America. Prior to joining InterGen in 1994, Mr. Iamonaco led various project development activities at J. Makowski Associates. In addition, Mr. Iamonaco was a Key Account Manager with General Electric’s Power Systems Business in Asia.
Mr. Iamonaco holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Stephen Raab
Vice President, Global Risk Management
Stephen Raab is responsible for Enterprise Risk Management, Trading Risk Management and the Internal Audits program, which includes the oversight and implementation of the company's Global Risk Management Policy and responsibility for chairing the Global Risk Management Committee.
Prior to assuming responsibility for Global Risk Management, Mr. Raab was Vice President, Business Support Group, responsible for the Operations & Maintenance, Engineering, Project Planning & Analysis, and Health, Safety & Environment support activities. This included development, implementation and review of policies, standards, and processes for all phases of the business. Mr. Raab joined InterGen as Vice President, Health, Safety & Environment in 2000. Previously, Mr. Raab developed and implemented programs for environmental protection and sustainable development at Edison Mission Energy, Morton International and the Sandoz Corporation.
Mr. Raab serves on the Board of Directors of the World Environment Center. He received both a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Chemistry and a Master's degree in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.

Robert Morris
Vice President, Public Affairs
Robert Morris is responsible for InterGen's corporate affairs, media relations, government affairs and community relations functions. He has also played an active role in the development of the company's Values Program and Sustainable Development Policy.
Prior to joining InterGen in 1997, Mr. Morris held senior communications positions in both corporate and communications agency capacities. Earlier in his career, he worked on corporate social responsibility issues for an affiliate of the National Council of Churches and served in the U.S. Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic as an advisor to savings and loan cooperatives.
Mr. Morris currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Washington D.C.-based Public Affairs Council and has served on the International Advisory Board of the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College's Carroll School of Management. Mr. Morris holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Boston College, a Masters Degree in International Affairs from Ohio University, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

Peter A. Capodilupo
Vice President, Human Resources
Peter Capodilupo leads all aspects of the company’s human resources function, including human resources strategy and planning, leadership development, the administration of compensation and benefits, recruitment and staffing, training and employee relations.
Mr. Capodilupo's extensive human resources experience includes executive positions with Genzyme Corporation, Putnam Investments, and the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Immediately prior to joining InterGen in 2002, he was part of the executive management team at Storability, Inc., a technology services company, where he developed both an integrated compensation/performance management system and an employee stock option program.
Mr. Capodilupo is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northeast Human Resource Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Boston University.
