INTERGEN SERVICIOS MÉXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. and its affiliates (hereinafter “InterGen”), located on Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 301, Piso 11. Col. Granada, C.P. 11520, Del. Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México, hereby presents this Privacy Notice in order to notify you what personal data is collected and the treatment given to them by us, pursuant to the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Companies or Individuals (the Law).

As a result of your visit to our facilities or derived from the legal or business relations you may have with InterGen, InterGen may request from you, as applicable, personal data that may consist of, according to the nature of the relationship between you and InterGen, identity, contact, fiscal, economic, asset, work, academic, third party (in case of emergency or for the purposes of personal references), health, union membership information, such as: name, reason for calling and/or the person you are visiting; personal image (since we use Closed Circuit Television or CCTV); name, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, address, telephone number, email address, RFC number (taxpayer number), CURP number (Personal Identification Code), signature, etc.; work and academic history, bank account number, contact information such as emergency contacts and personal references, etc.

Such data will be collected for the sole purposes of the administration of the legal relationship between you and InterGen (business, trade, contract, labor relations, etc.) and will not be transferred to third parties, unless ordered by the law or when expressly authorized by the owner of the personal data.

As the owner of the personal data, you are entitled to Access your data; to Revise or update them; to Cancel them; and to Oppose the treatment given to your personal data (ARCO rights). Furthermore, you may limit the use and disclosure of your data; or, whenever possible, you may revoke the consent given by you for their use. In order to exercise these rights, you must file an application pursuant to the terms specified in the Law, at the address specified in the first paragraph of this document, or send it via email to

InterGen reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice. However, the updated version of such notice will always be available at our facilities, or the amendments may be notified to you through any of the means of contact you may have supplied to InterGen.
