Provides efficient administrative support to the Edinburgh office as a whole, as well as Front of House.

Job Summary

Principal responsibilities are described below:

Administrative Support

  • Provide day to day administrative assistance to members of the Edinburgh office
  • Management diary co-ordination
  • Minute taking at meetings as required
  • General office filing, photocopying and faxing
  • Setting up meetings and arranging rooms with refreshments and lunches
  • Organisation of audio and video conferencing calls
  • Archiving and maintaining of the archiving system
  • Maintaining the Governance documents
  • Adding and tracking training on our Learning Management System
  • Helping to organise company events
  • Ad hoc administrative duties on request

Travel & Expenses

  • General processing of expenses ensuring claims are submitted in a timely manner
  • Booking of basic and complex travel arrangements

Front of House Duties

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting clients
  • Covering all Front of House duties


  • Providing support with procurement requisitions and receipting
  • Payment Card reconciliation (as required)
